Baxter Hill, LLC was established in 2012 by the Gochman family and sits on 12 acres in the equestrian community of Grand Prix Village in Wellington, Florida.
Baxter Hill is a bridle path away from the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, home to the Winter Equestrian Festival. The facility includes a 38 -stall barn with a 200 x 300 outdoor riding arena, horse spa, treadmill, theraplate, 13 paddocks and an outdoor round pen.

Baxter Hill has now expanded to a farm in Armonk, NY aptly named Broom Hollow, where they spend their summers. This farm was established in 2023 by the Gochman Family and sits on 43 acres. Broom Hollow is located just outside the city with access to shows like Hits, Old Salem, and Greenwich. This facility includes 26 stalls split between a main barn and pole barn with a 220 x 120 outdoor riding arena, hose spa, treadmill, theraplate, 10 paddocks, grass fields to ride in, and trails all around the property.
